I have been in practice for over 20 years, working in New York, Los Angeles and now in Skillman, NJ. I can help people who are struggling with relationship issues, including couples, families and work related relationship problems. My approach to relationship issues is based on the emotional dynamics in the relationships and on psychodynamic theory. I also work successfully with depression and anxiety, utilizing methods cognitive therapy.

My strengths live in a warm and related manner and an ability to connect easily with people. Clients typically tell me I am easy to talk with and they feel comfortable with my style.

Professionally, I am a graduate of New York University with an MSW degree and Smith College with a Ph.D. My dissertation specialized in couples work and emotional attachments. I am a member of The American Association of Marriage and Family Therapist and I am a certified Imago Therapist.
