My name is Rob Adams, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker, mental health counselor, and marriage and family therapist with over 30 years experience as a clinician, consultant, and evaluator. My goal is to help you understand your concerns, develop an effective plan of action, and then realize your objectives. We can do this together in a private, thorough way by discussing the issues troubling you, defining what needs to change, and implementing personalized strategies for your progress. While we can’t alter the past or change the actions of others, we can understand how those factors have impacted us, and identify ways to move forward in a healthy manner.

Throughout the counseling/assessment process, I will provide a relaxing, non-threatening environment and make every effort to minimize paperwork, or other “red tape” hassles, so you get the most out of each session. My training and experience have taught me that every person’s needs are different and there simply is no “one size fits all” approach that works for everyone.
