In private or small group classes you will learn the basics of meditation including how to get started and how to quiet your mind. This training is recommended for those who want to begin meditation and/or refine their current practice.
Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique. Reiki treatments are available and are given in private. You rest fully clothed on a treatment table as hands are lightly placed on or slightly above your body. Relaxing, healing energy flows through your body as it promotes healing. Reiki is easy to learn. Reiki classes are available for those wishing to learn how to give Reiki sessions to themselves or others.
