THE ROCK Glass & Mirror Company is an independent, locally owned and operated glass shop in Flagstaff, Arizona. Owner and certified glazier, Damon Cundiff began his career in the glass business over twenty-four years ago. His humble beginning in the glass business started with washing glass trucks, repairing screens, and delivering windows. The next nine years were dedicated to training to become a residential and commercial certified glazier. Eventually, Damon began working for the largest window manufacturer on the west coast, where he trained others to become certified glaziers.

A glazier is a construction professional who selects, cuts, installs, replaces, and removes residential, commercial, and decorative glass. Glaziers also install storefront frames, entrances, handrails, shower enclosures, curtain wall framing, and glass and mirror walls. It takes about four years for a glazing apprentice to complete on-the-job training and schooling to advance to a journeyman. It then takes about two more years for a journeyman to become qualified to apply for glazier certification.
